Carl Lawrence, CEO.
MBA, BA Physics, Founder, President and CEO brings twenty years of experience managing projects in alternative transportation technologies, including an $11.7 million contract in 1995 from the Regional Transportation District in Denver Colorado (RTD) to manufacture 26 passenger shuttle buses with hybrid electric propulsion systems, the first commercial use of HEVs in the US. These shuttle buses are in full operation today for downtown DenverÕs 16th Street Mall. Other projects included EV (car, truck and motorcycle) designs and retrofit. Carl has also worked in conjunction with many of the regional air quality and alternative transportation entities specializing in entrepreneurial product development and project management. He has served on boards for Denver Metro Clean Cities Coalition and the Colorado American Lung Association. He managed the research and writing of the Alternative Fuels Station Design Guide for the city of Denver and was the president of the Denver Electric Vehicle Council for ten years 1990 to 2000.

Davide Andrea, VP engineering.
BS Electrical Engineering, VP of Engineering for Hybrids Plus, is a founder and principal designer for the electronics and software used in the Hybrids Plus conversion systems. Davide brings into the project his experience in successfully implementing a Prius PHEV conversion for the State of Colorado. This included reverse engineering the Prius' battery specifications and communication protocol, and designing a custom charger and BMS system. Davide has been in the electronics design business since 1976. His career has been in the design of electromechanical devices and high power electronics and software for the consumer products market.

Ann Colcord, Business Operations Manager.
Ê Ann Colcord has over twenty years experience in business development and organization. Prior to Hybrids Plus she was the principal of CauseWay,llc, consulting nonprofit organizations on financial resource development, strategic modeling, and fundraising. Prior to earning her Masters in Nonprofit Management she had a 15 year career with the University of Colorado at Boulder in business management, budgeting and accounting in student support and services departments.

Nancy Balch, Production Manager.
Nancy Balch has over twenty years in high-tech manufacturing, disk drive design and test equipment boards experience. She performed schematic capture and completed documentation using Cadence Allegro/Concept and ViewDraw software for Maxtor Corporation, and trained other designers and engineers in the use of these tools. She also provided shop support and participated in cost avoidance and reduction programs. She has a B.S. in Electronic Technology and is CID certified.
