User Interface |

SOC display In the Prius, we install a small display to report the state of the PHEV system, including the true State Of Charge of the PHEV battery (in a PHEV, the Prius' display doesn't show the true State Of Charge). It is active also when plugged-in for charging, when the Prius' own display is off, so you can see how full the battery is while it's being charged. The display is small, integrates well within the dashboard, and is unobstrusive. |

EV button In the Prius, we add an EV Button, which requests that the engine delay its turn on, so the car may drive purely electrically for a while. This is not a requirement for PHEV operation, but just a convenience to the user. |

MPG display The Prius and Escape mpg displays stop at 99.9 mpg. To overcome this, we install a small display to report up to 999 mpg. |
